雙螺桿包裝秤， 有自動稱量、夾袋、充填、振動、推袋，經(jīng)傳送帶傳遞進(jìn)行自動縫包或封口等功能。BD-1C1 大袋包裝機(jī)流水線（新）與我公司其它設(shè)備配套可實(shí)現(xiàn)從上料、計量、充填、封口、縫包、整形、碼垛等自動化生產(chǎn)線。
特點(diǎn)：
1、按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計，整機(jī)不銹鋼制成，物料流道無清理死角；
2、完整的揚(yáng)塵系統(tǒng)收集技術(shù)，有效保護(hù)環(huán)境污染和整機(jī)的潔凈；
3、通過改變給料方式，能適應(yīng)超細(xì)粉到大顆粒物料的充填計量；
4、由托利多、西門子等品牌的稱重設(shè)備構(gòu)成的包裝秤控制系統(tǒng)；
5、有自動校準(zhǔn)、過沖抑制、超差報警等功能。
